No, that's not possible. BEACN Mix Create generates several virtual USB audio devices inside your computer to give you flexibility in controlling multiple applications or hardware with a knob.

You can assign any program to one of the available knobs. On first boot, the BEACN App has Mic, Chat, Music, and System, but you can add more with the + button. 

* Aux devices can be used to control extra programs OR hardware devices, but not both

** The Mic device is a special case and pre-populates any microphone devices that your operating system uses. It cannot be changed to control applications.
