Products Purchased on BEACN.com

  • If you change your mind, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, you may send your product* back for a full refund of your purchase price, less a handling fee (initial shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable)
  • Return shipping labels can be printed directly from the returns portal for US, Canadian, and UK orders.

    Note

    A handling fee equal to the label value will be withheld from your refund when we receive and verify the product return

  • For international orders, you'll need to cover return shipping costs as we are unable to print international labels from the returns portal

To initiate a return from within the US, Canada, and UK go to https://beacn.gg/returns

  1. Have your order number and ZIP/postal code, email, or phone number ready
  2. Select the product(s) you'd like to return
  3. Choose a return reason
  4. Print a return label and packing slip
  5. Using the original packaging, carefully pack your item(s) and the provided packing slip into a shipping box and affix the return label to the box
  6. Drop the return at the nearest courier facility
    • In the US carriers will vary so pay close attention to the carrier name on the label (FedEx etc) and ensure you drop your package at the correct carrier
    • Canadian returns use Canada Post
    • UK returns use Royal Mail
  7. When we receive your item it will be inspected and a refund will be issued*
  8. This process may take up to 60 business days once the parcel is marked as delivered

 

To initiate an international return go to https://beacn.gg/returns

  1. Have your order number and postal code, email, or phone number ready
  2. Select the product(s) you'd like to return
  3. Choose a return reason
  4. Complete the return process within the portal
  5. Using the original packaging, carefully pack your item into a shipping box
  6. Ship the package using your courier of choice, as long as they provide tracking information (you will need to cover return shipping costs)
  7. Email your name, order number, and tracking information to [email protected]
  8. When we receive your item it will be inspected and a refund will be issued*
  9. This process may take up to 60 business days once the parcel is marked as delivered. 
*Exceptions

This return policy does not apply to products that are altered or damaged.

Some products are not eligible for returns:

  • Plush toys (Hillbo etc.)
  • Spare parts
    • Mic Windscreen Foam
    • Cables
    • Adapters
  • Gift Cards

Products Purchased elsewhere

Any products purchased via a 3rd party are subject to the terms of sale offered by that specific retailer. Please reach out to your retailer for details.
