Here are a few bits and pieces of info about how we ship our products:

FULFILLMENT

• In stock orders typically ship on the next business day after they are placed (higher sales periods such as Black Friday and Christmas can cause disruptions in carrier times)
• Fulfillment occurs Mon-Fri (excluding local holidays for US, Canada, EU, and UK)
• Orders placed on a Friday will ship on the following Monday, regardless of shipping speed chosen

US ORDERS

• What shipping options do you offer?
  • Standard Shipping on orders over $99 USD - FREE*
    • • This service takes an estimated 3-7 business days*
      • End-to-end tracking is provided for all carriers
  • *Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subsidized by BEACN and then presented using a real-time rate

CANADIAN ORDERS

  • Expedited Shipping - Variable

UK ORDERS

REST OF WORLD ORDERS

• All International orders have shipping costs subsidized by BEACN. The subsidy is reflected in the shipping costs you see in your cart. 
• International orders may ship from US, UK, EU, or Canada. The system will try as much as possible to find the lowest shipping cost for your order and send it from the best location.

EU and Rest of World DUTIES & TAXES

Import duties and taxes for EU member countries and UK are included in the checkout cart pricing.

Import duties and taxes for non-EU member countries and other international countries ARE NOT included in the checkout cart pricing. This tax and any import duties will be charged to you by the shipping carrier and are not the responsibility of BEACN. 

You can look up your country HERE to find VAT percentages for non-EU member countries and international countries. Minimum VAT is 15%, but many are closer to 20%. To give you an idea of what that means for the invoice you'll receive, here are some simple calculations at 20%. 

Shipping carriers may also charge a "disbursement" or other fees in addition to duties and taxes. These fees are not covered by BEACN and may be part of the bill you receive. 

Unfortunately, we can't offer free shipping or free returns internationally, but we do subsidize every outbound shipment to share the costs with you. The rate you see in your cart reflects the shipping costs with our subsidy applied. We do not subsidize return shipments. 

CORSO SHIPPING PROTECTION OPTION

When you check out, you will be offered Corso Shipping Protection. Corso provides coverage against loss, damage, or theft (yes, even porch piracy!)

We enable Corso by default since we believe the small cost to you is well worth the protection provided, especially given the value of your order. 

While we make it easy for you to opt-out of the Corso service, please be aware that any loss, damage, or theft cannot be covered by BEACN.
