Why can't I mute the personal mix using the hardware knob on BEACN Mix?Updated 20 days ago

You may notice that clicking "Mute" in the software does perform the mute action properly, while using the hardware knob has no effect.

This is a known issue that the team is aware of and are actively exploring a fix.
